Balcony Enclosure
Balcony enclosures in Alicante
Gain usable space and stop wind, rain and noise without giving up the sea view: frameless glass curtains or aluminium and PVC sliding glass, made to measure.
A balcony you actually use
An enclosed balcony works 365 days a year
On the coast an open balcony gets used three months a year. Enclosed in glass it becomes a gallery, breakfast corner or reading spot, protected from the Levante wind and salt air.
In owners' communities we advise on the required authorisation and keep the facade look: profiles in the building's RAL colour and toughened safety glass.
View and light intact
Frameless glass curtains let through 95% of the light and fold away completely in summer.
Less noise and dust
The glass cuts street noise and dust: the balcony and the living room behind it get quieter.
Facade friendly
Profiles lacquered in the building colour and safety glass compliant with regulations.

FAQ
Balcony enclosure FAQs
Can the community refuse a balcony enclosure?+
A balcony enclosure affects the facade, so it needs board approval under Spain's horizontal property law. With frameless glass curtains the visual impact is minimal and approval is far more common. We prepare the proposal for your board.
How much for a small balcony?+
A balcony of about 3 linear metres with glass curtains starts at roughly €1,200-1,500 installed. The exact price depends on height, glass and hardware.
Can it be opened in summer?+
Yes. Glass curtains fold fully to one side: in summer the balcony is 100% open again.
Does it insulate against noise?+
10 mm toughened glass noticeably cuts traffic noise; with sliding frames and insulated glass the improvement is even bigger.
