Frameless glass curtains are the most popular system in Costa Blanca for closing balconies and terraces while keeping panoramic sea views. We manufacture each enclosure custom in our Alicante workshop with 10 mm tempered glass and certified European hardware.

Unlike traditional windows, there are no vertical frames between panels: in summer you open the space 100%, in winter you close and gain extra usable space. Protects from levante wind, tourist noise and salty air.

How much does a glass curtain cost per square metre in Alicante?+

Frameless glass curtains run from €160 to €450/m² installed, VAT included. The price depends on glass thickness (8 or 10 mm), the hardware, the height and the number of panels. We give a fixed written quote after a free on-site survey.

Are frameless glass curtains safe?+

Yes. We use 8–10 mm toughened safety glass that withstands impact and, if broken, shatters into small blunt pieces (UNE-EN 12150). The top and bottom tracks are anodised aluminium and every panel pivots and locks individually.

Do I need a licence to install glass curtains on my terrace?+

In most Costa Blanca communities frameless glass curtains count as a removable element and need no minor-works licence, but you usually need approval from the owners' association. We prepare and file the paperwork for you.

What is the difference between a glass curtain and an aluminium enclosure?+

A frameless glass curtain gives total transparency (about 95% glazed area), folds flat against the wall and is ideal for keeping the view. An aluminium-framed enclosure adds more thermal and acoustic insulation and better weather sealing. We advise the right option for your orientation and use.

How long does a glass-curtain installation take?+

A standard 4–6 m curtain is fitted in 1–2 days after manufacturing. Total time from signed quote is 3–4 weeks: precise measurement, custom manufacture in our Alicante workshop, and installation.

What warranty do you offer?+

10 years on the toughened glass and hardware (manufacturing defects), 2 years on installation labour. Our own after-sales service covers Alicante, Murcia and the whole Costa Blanca — no middlemen.
